vendor table under the main pavilion. Man was it HOT!!
Here is Gary
Wright taking a turn at the sticks. About 29 seconds into
the flight, his first words were, "I gotta get me one of these"!
Moments later, Gary was another happy customer!
Our original N3D-II is still
going strong after hundreds of flights! It was recently
retrofit with our new prototype landing gear. What a hoot!
Powered here with our AE-J250 power option, it turns a GWS 11x7
HD prop with authority on just a 2-cell lipoly. Hovering
with this setup is at half-throttle!
"Team MAE"
competed in the SoarStar pylon race, flying the same plane we
won the event with last year. However, repeat victory was
not to be... as this awesome mid-air happened less than 100 feet
from the start of the race.
