Penguin Micro will do amazing
aerobatics… in your yard, park, or indoors.
Huge control surfaces + Huge throws = WILD! But... it's
very slooow, which makes flying it a breeze... even in a slight
breeze! Capable of hovering and other 3D maneuvers in a
small area.
Penguin Micro was designed as a low-cost
airframe for your ParkZone™ or E-flite™ ultra-micro gear, from
your 4-Site, P-51, or Sukhoi. Simply transfer your radio
equipment and motor from a "bashed" ultra-micro, and you're back
in business.
Penguin Micro has been engineered for strength,
lightness, and great flying fun. The plane assembles very
quickly from accurately machined components.
Testing has proven it to be extemely robust and resistant to
crash damage too.
The highly maneuverable Penguin Micro can
be flown on an inexpensive 1-cell lipo battery. Flight times are
amazingly long... exceeding 12 minutes on a tiny 240mah lipo!

What Else Do I Need?
Sub-micro Radio Gear & Motor
from your E-flite 4-Site or ParkZone P-51 or Sukhoi. Just
getting started in micros? We sell micro flight gear and
accessories to suit your needs. You also need a 2.4Ghz
DSM2 Transmitter with Elevon mixing. The
Spektrum DX6i is very popular and an excellent choice.
Power Options
Penguin Micro flies extremely well on either brushed or
brushless power. The 4-Site motor in a P-51 gearbox is the
optimal brushed setup, and the AP05-3000Kv outrunner
with XP-3A ESC provides excellent brushless power.
LiPoly Battery & Charger
Hyperion 25C lipos are highly recommended.
We have used 130-1S, 160-1S and 240-1S with great results. Ask
